INDIANAPOLIS – Mark Palmenter has joined Indiana University Health as vice president, chief marketing officer, where he will lead the system’s enterprise marketing function and oversee a cross-functional team of marketing professionals.
In his role as chief marketing officer, Mark will shape and execute brand strategy across IU Health, strengthening connections with patients, consumers and other key stakeholders in support of business objectives. Mark brings deep healthcare marketing leadership experience and a track record of building strategies that expand access to care while connecting people to the services they need through efforts that strengthen brand trust and reputation. Most recently, he served as the chief marketing officer for Acadia Healthcare, leading enterprise marketing and communications across a network of behavioral health hospitals and clinics.
Mark earned his undergraduate degree in Government from Harvard University and his master’s of business administration from Harvard Business School.
