IU Health named 2026 Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award winner

INDIANAPOLIS – IU Health has received the 2026 Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award (GEWA) for employee engagement. This award, a first for IU Health, recognizes organizations around the world that demonstrate a sustained commitment to building engaging, high‑performing workplace cultures.

The recognition comes during a period of rapid change and ongoing disruption across the healthcare industry. Gallup’s assessment reflects IU Health’s continued focus on listening to team members, strengthening leadership practices and investing in the conditions that support engagement, performance and wellbeing amid complexity and uncertainty.
