The PHIL Award
IU Health is proud to recognize our respiratory care team by presenting the PHIL Award on an annual basis.
We present this award to a respiratory care therapists who exemplifies the spirit of the award. We honor someone who has demonstrated professionalism and extraordinary clinical care, while showing compassion and empathy to the families we serve.
Each quarter we will recognize nominees from the prior quarter. We present the PHIL Award to one individual each year. You can nominate Respiratory Care Therapists for care received at the following locations:
