IU Health Arnett Retail Pharmacy offers a range of services for patients and visitors including:
- Same day prescription filling
- Fill prescriptions while visiting IU Health Urgent Care or your physician
- Order refill prescriptions 24-hours a day online, fax, or phone—using our automated refill line
- It’s easy to transfer your prescriptions to our pharmacy. Simply call our pharmacy with your prescription number and contact information of your current pharmacy, and one of our pharmacists will complete the transfer for you.
- In-depth counseling on medications and healthy lifestyles
- Medication monitoring
- Medical device education
- Acceptance of most prescription plans and programs
- Immunization program—call pharmacy for details
A pharmacist is available for consultation during the pharmacy’s hours of operation. All messages will be addressed within one business day.

Dispose of unused medications safely and securely by using the drug take-back bin at this IU Health pharmacy. Over-the-counter and prescription medications, including controlled substances, can be disposed. Hours are 8 am - 7 pm Monday to Friday and 9 am - 5 pm on Saturday and Sunday.
*Please note: sharps disposal is prohibited, and medication must be in its original container.

Indiana University Health Retail Pharmacies comply with the requirements of the Ryan Haight Online Pharmacy Act
Indiana University Health Retail Pharmacies are licensed pharmacies with the ability to fill medications in the state of Indiana and other selected states. The Indiana University Health Retail Pharmacies will only dispense a prescription to a person who has a valid prescription issued for legitimate medical purposes based upon a medical relationship with a prescribing practitioner, which includes at least one prior in-person medical evaluation or medical evaluation via telemedicine.
