At our outpatient rehabilitation center on the northwest side of Muncie, we help you get back to your daily routine. Together, we guide you through every stage of rehabilitation. For more information or to schedule an appointment, please call 765.751.2555.
We will meet you where you are in your rehabilitation journey. Our goal is to take you to your highest functional potential. You will receive skilled, one-on-one care with experienced clinicians. We will listen to you, assess your current ability, and set a plan to help you achieve your goals. Your course of therapy may include:

Occupational Therapy
We provide occupational therapy focused on promoting independence in daily activities. Your limitations may be a result of illness, injury or the aging process. These can keep you from being able to do essential tasks related to self-care, home management or returning to school or work.
Our team uses therapeutic activities and exercise to help you regain full function. Often, this is based upon the actual daily task of concern. Treatment may also include training in adaptive techniques or using adaptive equipment.

We want to promote the health and wellness of East Central Indiana. We offer a safe, welcoming place for community members to exercise on land and in warm water. Our goal is to provide exercise and educational opportunities for all ability levels to promote wellness for all.
We offer classes, independent exercise and instructor-led exercise programs. These programs are open to the public. Prices vary for different services. The Be Well Program includes:
Aquatic Exercise Classes & Open Pool
Our pool is kept at 92 degrees, is open to the community and has an accessible entrance for those with limited mobility.
LAND Classes: $5 per 45-minute class
- Zumba Gold ® LAND (high intensity) Easy to follow Zumba® dance choreography with a focus on cardiovascular, balance, range of motion, and coordination.
- Strength & Balance LAND (low intensity) Exercises with a focus on flexibility, strengthening, and balance. Performed seated or standing by chair with modifications.
- Cardio & Tone LAND (medium intensity) Exercises with a focus on flexibility, strengthening, balance, and cardiovascular. Performed seated and standing by chair with modifications.
- Next Step LAND Opportunity to use the Land equipment such as weights, treadmill, and NuStep individually. This is a great option post-rehab to continue your routine. $3 per visit
POOL Classes: $7 per 45-minute class
- Fit Aqua POOL (high intensity) Challenging cardiovascular and strengthening workout in chest deep water.
- Modified Aqua POOL (medium intensity) Workout designed to provide cardiovascular, strengthening, balance, and flexibility in chest deep water.
- Gentle Aqua POOL (low intensity) Program focused on joint pain relief, muscle relaxation, and stretching.
- Aqua Zumba® POOL (high intensity) Dance party in the pool! Follow the instructor to move to the music and get a cardiovascular and coordination boost.
- Mod/Fit Aqua POOL (medium to high intensity) Class designed to flex between Modified Aqua and Fit Aqua (see above) depending on the needs of the participants in each class.
- Rehab Group POOL (very low intensity) Contact the Be Well Program to see if you qualify for this opportunity.
- Aqua 1-on-1 POOL Warm water workout designed to meet individual needs when one-on-one assistance is required. Contact the Be Well Program to schedule. $30 per session
- Open POOL Opportunity to use the pool and equipment at your own pace individually. $7 per visit

Functional Movement Screens
The Functional Movement Screen (FMS) is a series of tests designed to assess movement patterns and identify risk factors for injury. Our goal is to identify these risk factors to address them before they lead to problems. Download our Functional Movement Screens flyer (PDF) to learn more.

- AlterG Anti-Gravity Treadmill Program: The AlterG Treadmill gives you the ability to use normal walking mechanics if you have weight-bearing restrictions from your physician.
- Front Runner Program: The Front Runner™ program is designed for runners to promote running efficiency. This enhances performance and minimizes injury risk.
Be Well Program
