Parking
Patients may be dropped off at the main entrance or as directed on the pre-visit information from your doctor’s office.
Parking at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital is free. Surface parking lots are located near each entrance to help patients and visitors quickly access their destination. Once inside the hospital, our team at the Welcome Center will be happy to help you and answer any questions.
- IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital Visitor and Patient Parking Garage: Located near the main entrance of the hospital, with convenient access to the Emergency Department and Outpatient Medical Pavilion.
- Visitor Parking Lot: Located near the front entrance of the hospital.
- Parking for Cancer Patients: Located near the entrance of the Cancer Center on Gilbert Street.
- Parking for Cardiac Rehabilitation Patients: Located near the South Tower Entrance on Gilbert Street.
- Parking for Same Day Surgery Patients: Located in either the main visitor lot or the Outpatient parking garage.
