Lab and radiology services are available on site.
Do I need an appointment?
No appointment is necessary. Walk-in visits are available 7 am - 6:30 pm Monday through Saturday.
Parking is available in front of the building.
We accept most major commercial health insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid. Please contact your insurance carrier prior to your visit to determine coverage. IU Health offers a Financial Assistance Program to those who are self-pay and qualify.
