Our team believes in treating you as a whole person - not just a symptom. At our location, you’ll have access to a broad range of primary care, as well as cardiology and orthopedic services.
Our Services
The Sue Borgelt Medical Center will provide a wide range of healthcare services, enhancing the care options available to the Nashville community. Services include:
- Visiting orthopedics specialists: Available every Wednesday.
- Visiting cardiology specialists: Available every third Friday, though dates are subject to change.
- Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) services: Onsite every Monday.
- After-care hours: Available from 4-6 pm, Monday through Friday.
About Your Visit
From the moment you step into our office, we want to ensure you have a seamless and comfortable experience. During a typical appointment, our care team will do the following:
- Discuss any concerns you may have
- Review your medical and family history
- Check your vitals
- Provide the necessary medical support
- Help you navigate any specialty care
Insurance
IU Health accepts most insurance plans. We recommend that you verify your benefits and eligibility with your insurance company before your visit.
Preparing for Your Appointment
Prior to your appointment, please bring the following:
- Insurance and identification card(s)
- Bring a copy of relevant medical records
- A list of current medications, including over-the-counter medicines and supplements
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any outstanding paperwork.
