Offering comprehensive primary care for people of all ages, Indiana University Health Family Medicine in Otterbein is committed to providing expert and personalized care to every patient and family.

Patients of all ages are cared for by the team of IU Health Arnett Family Medicine providers. The office is currently accepting new patients.

Three providers (two physicians and one nurse practitioner) are on hand to treat and care for patients. Services include cancer screenings, dermatology procedures, men’s health, women’s health, preventive care and more. An onsite lab offers additional convenience for patients.

Appointments are available Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm. Early morning and evening hours are available by appointment. Patient appointments are also available at the IU Health Arnett Medical Offices located in West Lafayette.

IU Health Family Medicine in Otterbein is recognized as a NCQA Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH).

Indiana University Health Arnett is a NCQA (National Committee for Quality Assurance) Patient-Centered Medical Home. This model of primary care combines teamwork and information technology to improve care, improve patients’ experience of care and reduce costs. Medical homes foster ongoing partnerships between patients and their personal clinicians.

Each patient’s care is overseen by clinician-led care teams that coordinate treatment across the healthcare system. In addition, primary care locations offer early morning, evening and weekend appointment availability to best accommodate patient scheduling needs.

For patients not able to access their primary care provider, after-hours care is also available through urgent care and walk-in services.
