Biography

Dr. Manuel was born and raised in Toronto Canada. He obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Ottawa in Biomedical Sciences. He obtained his medical degree from Trinity School of Medicine in St. Vincent and the Grenadines. Manuel did his Internal Medicine residency and Critical Care Fellowship at LSU Health Shreveport.

He came to Bloomington for the great culture and work environment. In his spare time, he enjoys playing board games, working on puzzles with my wife, traveling and exploring new cities.
