Alice C. Jiang, MD, MS

Dr. Alice C. Jiang, MD, MS, grew up in Michigan before completing her undergraduate and master's degrees at Johns Hopkins University. She then earned her medical degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, graduating at the top of her class as Alpha Omega Alpha. She went on to complete her Ophthalmology Residency at the University of California, San Francisco, followed by a fellowship in complex anterior segment, cornea and refractive surgery at the Masket Foundation in Los Angeles.

Dr. Jiang was drawn to ophthalmology because it blends precision, innovation and the opportunity to make a direct, lasting impact on her patients’ quality of life through their vision. She values the combination of technical skill and patient connection that the specialty demands. She strives to provide patients with compassionate and individualized care, and aims for patients to feel informed, empowered and confident in the decisions they make together.

Dr. Jiang’s clinical interests include cataract, refractive and cornea surgery, in addition to complex anterior segment reconstruction, intraocular lens exchange and secondary intraocular lenses. She has trained under leading experts in these techniques, published peer-reviewed research and contributed to advancements in the field.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Jiang enjoys traveling, baking, exploring new restaurants and nerding out about eyeballs with her husband, who is also an ophthalmologist.
