Biography
Alyson (Aly) Craig is a physical therapist with a doctor of physical therapy degree. She has certifications in ASTYM and as a clinical instructor. Her specialties include sports medicine, pregnancy, ASTYM and blood flow restriction. Aly has over 11 years of experience as a physical therapist. Her career has included inpatient physical therapy at IU Health Methodist, IU Health University and IU Health West.
Aly is always trying to evolve her patient care in support of evidence-based practice, but she seeks to make the treatment work in the lives of her patients. As a working mom, she appreciates the demands on a patient's schedule and how that can impact care. Her favorite thing about healthcare is the ability to impact patients' lives through wellness and education. Her goal as a physical therapist is to teach patients how to treat themselves and develop a better sense of understanding of their bodies.
