Biography
Angela S. Hayes, PA-C, is a native Hoosier who graduated from the University of Indianapolis with a degree in athletic training and sports medicine in 2002. After sustaining a sports-related injury and receiving excellent care, she knew that she wanted to provide the same level of care for others. Her favorite aspects of the job include providing continuity of care and supporting patients before, during and after surgery.
Hayes graduated from Samuel Merritt University with a master’s degree in 2008 as president of her physician assistant class. She began providing care as an orthopedic physician assistant the following year in California. The next step in her career led her to Michigan, where she worked in a Level 1 orthopedic trauma center, and then to IU Health. Hayes loves being back in her home state and is happy to be bringing her practice full circle.
When not providing care for patients, she enjoys spending time with her family.
