Ashlee M. Pierce, NP

Ashlee Pierce, MSN, FNP-C, is a family nurse practitioner with IU Health Cardiology. She has proudly served patients within IU Health for the past nine years, beginning her healthcare career as a patient care technician on the Cardiac Observation Unit before becoming a registered nurse. During her eight years as an RN, she cared for patients with complex cardiovascular conditions in both the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit and cardiac step-down units. Having spent her entire nursing career within this specialty, Ashlee is honored to continue serving the community in her new role as a nurse practitioner. 

She believes every patient deserves to be heard, respected and involved in their care. By combining evidence-based medicine with compassion and teamwork, she strives to provide personalized care that helps patients achieve their best possible heart health.
