Dr. Bryan McDonnell is a board-certified cardiovascular surgeon.
Dr. McDonnell became a physician for the opportunity of taking care of people and for the challenge of keeping up with the science of medicine.

Education
Dr. McDonnell received both his graduate and undergraduate degrees from Georgetown University. He then completed his residency in general surgery at Staten Island University Hospital and Tripler Army Medical Center. He completed his Cardiothoracic Surgery Fellowship at Brooke Army Medical Center and his Pediatric Cardiothoracic Surgery Fellowship at Children’s Hospital of Pennsylvania.
Dr. McDonnell has served in various roles at a variety of accredited healthcare institutions since becoming a physician. These roles include Chief of General Surgery, Chief of Cardiothoracic Surgery Service and Chairman of the Department of Cardiovascular Services.
Outside of Work
When not caring for patients, Dr. McDonnell is at home spending time with his family and dog.
