Biography
Caleb Glick, PT, DPT, is a physical therapist working in the outpatient setting. He grew up in Northern Indiana and completed his undergraduate education at Indiana University - Indianapolis. He attended a doctoral program for physical therapy at Indiana University - Indianapolis.
Caleb treats a variety of areas, including:
- Sports-related injuries
- Post-operative knee rehabilitation
- Post-operative shoulder rehabilitation
- Post-operative hip rehabilitation
- Acute and chronic low back and neck pain
Outside of work, Caleb enjoys spending time with family and friends, golfing, watching all Indiana sports teams and playing with his dog.
