Biography
Erika Rader, PA-C, has been caring for patients since 2022 and is passionate about helping individuals recover from injuries and return to the activities they enjoy most. Her interest in healthcare began at a young age when her older sister was diagnosed with a chronic heart condition and received exceptional care from a physician assistant. Inspired by that experience, Erika pursued a care as a PA with the goal of providing the same compassionate, high-quality care to patients and their families.
Erika has a special interest in orthopedics and enjoys partnering with patients throughout their recovery journey. She believes successful patient relationships are built on open communication, mutual respect, trust, and strives to create a welcoming environment where patients feel heard and supported.
During the first appointment, patients can expect a thorough evaluation, including a complete physical exam and review of any necessary testing or results, to help develop a personalized treatment plan.
Outside of work
Erika enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing golf and tennis, reading and baking.
