Biography
Erin C. Herndon, NP, is an Indiana native who grew up in Hamilton County and enjoys providing primary care to her patients throughout the lifespan, with a love for newborn and well-child visits.
She started with IU Health in 2018 as a patient care tech while getting her BSN RN through Indiana University in Indianapolis, and moved into an RN position after graduating at Riley Children's Hospital. She decided to continue with her education, obtaining her Master's Degree from Ball State University, where she fell in love with the diversity of primary care. She hopes to continue to provide excellent care to her patients and to serve the community she is working in.
In her free moments, you can find her spending time with her husband and their young daughter, visiting libraries, playing at parks and playgrounds, going for runs or traveling.
