Howard R. Cooper, DO, began practicing medicine in 1998. He chose a specialty in cancer services because it allows him to form meaningful and strong relationships with his patients. He believes in a team approach to provide individualized, patient-centered care. In his free time, Dr. Cooper enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, traveling and playing golf.
