Justin D. Parker, MD

Dr. Justin D. Parker, MD, FAAFP, is a board-certified family medicine physician who completed both medical school and residency at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine. He chose family medicine for its emphasis on continuity of care and the meaningful relationships that develop over time. Dr. Parker provides comprehensive, empathetic and holistic care for patients at every stage of life, with a strong focus on prevention and improving long-term health outcomes. He comes to IU Health from a faculty role at a residency program in Illinois, where he taught and mentored residents for more than a decade. At IU Health Arnett, he continues to blend patient care with resident education, supporting everything from day-to-day interactions to curriculum development. Outside of work, Dr. Parker enjoys spending time with his family, watching movies, gardening and cheering on Butler basketball.
