Biography

Karl Janich, MD, began practicing medicine in 2015. He decided to pursue neurosurgery after a career change from electrical engineering. His fascination with neurological processes that give rise to thoughts and actions combined with his interest to build computers and tinker with cars lead to a natural choice of studying neurosurgery. He is passionate about preserving the body’s original form and function as much as possible to allow the patient to achieve their goals with minimal disruption. In his free time, Dr. Janich enjoys working with computers and experimenting with different cooking styles.
