Biography
Kate W. Kollman, DNP, ANP-BC, became a nurse practitioner in 2010. She is passionate about partnering with patients to help them live their best lives, with a commitment to their well-being. Her beliefs center on providing compassionate, patient-centered care that honors the value of each individual. Kollman focuses on recognizing, preventing and treating disease, while empowering her patients through shared decision making, open communication and fostering trust to support their health needs. Her goal is to make sure her patients feel truly seen, heard and respected. In her free time, Kollman enjoys hiking, biking, swimming, volunteering and spending time with her kids.
