Biography
Lexie A. Koop, PMHNP-BC, began her nursing journey in 2019 and became a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner in 2023. As a bedside nurse, she saw a need for access to mental health care, ultimately leading her to go back to school and help fill this need for her community. Her care goals are to determine her patients’ needs for an improved quality of life, assess their immediate needs and outlying factors and provide holistic care. In her free time, Koop enjoys reading, exercising and spending time with her family.
