Biography
Lori Armold, FNP-C, is a nurse practitioner who specializes in bariatric care and obesity management. She began practicing in 2019 and is passionate about helping patients achieve long-term success through evidence-based treatment. Armold's interest in obesity medicine grew from her own experience with obesity, inspiring her to better understand the disease and support patients facing similar challenges.
Approach to Care
Armold believes obesity is a chronic, multifactorial disease that deserves compassionate, patient-centered care. She partners with patients to develop individualized treatment plans that support sustainable, long-term health goals. She holds an advanced provider certificate in obesity management through the Obesity Medicine Association and has served on the organization's advocacy committee and clinical management advisory review committee.
Outside of Work
Armold chose to practice in the community to be closer to family. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, reading fantasy novels, playing video games and cross-stitching. She and her husband, enjoy spending time with their children and grandchildren.
