Biography
Lydia's life as an athlete (varsity letter in college tennis), personal trainer, mother and a leader has prepared Lydia for her current career as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
She has always enjoyed working with people, especially in fitness and health. She raised two boys with special needs. She continues to teach classes, such as Rock Steady Boxing, Moving forward, and Pilates.
She helps organize and volunteer for several community races. Plus, she participate in running, biking, swimming, and extreme events throughout the year. She is open, friendly, and gives her best to help all her patients achieve their goals.
