Dr. Massood Mohammadi, MD has always enjoyed working as an ophthalmologist and being part of the glaucoma community. He chose to specialize in ophthalmology, specifically focusing on glaucoma, because it involves building long-term relationships with his patients. Mohammadi graduated from medical school in the top 1% of his class, and during residency, he achieved the second-highest rank nationwide in the board exams. Recently, he was honored to receive the Excellence in Research Award from the Ophthalmology Department at UCLA.
