Biography
Melissa J. Barnaby, NP, is a board-certified women's health nurse practitioner and has been practicing with the Coleman Center since 2022. She received her associate, bachelor’s and master's degrees in nursing as well as a bachelor’s degree in exercise physiology. She completed her master's degree from the University of Cincinnati and became a board-certified nurse practitioner in 2021. Melissa has been with IU Health since 2013 and has 7 years of experience as an engaged member of the high-risk OB transport team at Lifeline. She started practicing as a nurse practitioner to expand her knowledge and passion for women's health in order to care for women during both their pregnancy and gynecology care. She uses these skills to provide excellent care and comfort during these vulnerable visits to the doctor's office.
In her free time, Melissa enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoys traveling and staying active to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
