Biography
Nathan T. Baynes, PA-C was born and raised in Ellettsville on his family's dairy farm. He left southern Indiana to attend Butler University to become a physician assistant. He currently serves as a physician extender for Dr. Surdam, specializing in knee and hip replacement surgery and peri-operative care. He also sees urgent orthopedic injuries.
He and his wife, Heidi, live in a house they built themselves, just one quarter mile from the family farm where he grew up. They have two daughters and a son. Nathan enjoys time with his family, traditional woodworking, snow skiing and helping run the family farm.
