Biography
Dr. Nikita Ramanathan, MD, MM, currently serves as an Assistant Professor of Clinical Surgery. Dr. Ramanathan received her medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine.
Her clinical focus is in minimally invasive surgery, including hiatal or paraoesophageal hernias, gastroesophageal reflux and other foregut diseases, as well as abdominal wall hernias and other gastrointestinal conditions.
Dr. Ramanathan is a member of the American College of Surgeons, Society of American Gastrointestinal and Endoscopic Surgeons (SAGES), and American Society of Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery (ASMBS).
