Sharon Robertson, MD, MPH is a gynecologic oncologist at IU Health Simon Cancer Center.

Dr. Robertson sees and treats patients with all gynecologic cancers. These include ovarian, uterine, cervical and vulvar/vaginal cancers. She performs surgeries using all available approaches including traditional and single site laparoscopy and robotic surgery. Dr. Robertson also performs surgery using heated intraperitoneal chemotherapy (HIPEC).

Dr. Robertson is from Evansville and is glad to be back home to care for the women of Indiana.

Dr. Robertson received her medical degree and master's degree in public health from Emory University. She finished her obstetrics and gynecology residency at Oregon Health & Science University in June 2013 in Portland, Ore.

Dr. Robertson has completed two fellowships:

  • A fellowship in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery at Legacy Health in Portland.
  • A second fellowship in gynecologic oncology at the University of South Florida/Moffitt Cancer Center.
