Shelby L. Kubicki, MD

Dr. Shelby L. Kubicki, MD is originally from Kansas City. She completed her undergraduate degree at Trinity University in San Antonio, and went on to Medical school at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. Her Dermatology Residency was completed at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston/MD Anderson Cancer Center, where she was a chief resident in her final year of residency. She completed her ACGME accredited Mohs Fellowship at Miami Beach Skin Center under Dr. Daniel Rivlin, also while completing her ASDS Cosmetic Dermatologic Surgery Fellowship at the same time. During training in Miami Beach, Dr. Kubicki was exposed to advanced clinical presentations, a population with significant sun exposure and medical comorbidities, extensive reconstructions and patients who placed value on good cosmetic outcomes. She was able to complete three times the number of minimum required Mohs cases for graduation during her fellowship.
