Dr. Abramson is a board-certified nephrologist. He focuses on chronic kidney disease and strategies to preserve kidney function. He also works with patients who have lost kidney function, helping them adjust to living with end-stage kidney disease. He enjoys working with these patients to determine the best form of dialysis, whether at home or in center. Dr. Abramson finds great meaning in the connections that he develops with his patients. He strives to work as a team with patients and families to individualize patient care.

Dr. Abramson obtained his medical education at Columbia University. He completed his residency in medicine and his fellowship in nephrology at Harvard University and its associated hospitals. He received his master’s in public health at the Harvard TH Chan School of Public Health. He is board certified in nephrology and internal medicine.
