Biography
Dr. Susrutha Narayanan is a board-certified hematologist-oncologist who specializes in gastrointestinal cancers including:
- Bile Duct cancer
- Colorectal cancer
- Gallbladder cancer
- Liver cancer
- Pancreatic cancer
- Stomach cancer
Dr. Narayanan also serves as Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Division of Hematology and Oncology at Indiana University School of Medicine.
Research
Dr. Narayanan's research interests are in studying patients' tumor samples in great detail to better understand why some tumors respond better to certain treatments than others, especially in the context of early phase clinical trials.
