The Distinguished Nurse Excellence Program is one of the ways we recognize and reward the remarkable contributions of our frontline nurses. Our Chief Nursing Officers across our system invite their exemplary nurses into the program every May in alignment with Nurses Week. 

The development opportunities within the program are crafted to elevate interpersonal skills competency, enhance process improvement skills, and empower our nurses to drive positive change within their practice environments. In addition, the program provides valuable benefits like paid annual professional organization dues, paid attendance to one professional conference a year, and priority scheduling.
