From administrative coordinator to registered pharmacy technician

Lori Chapman has spent years supporting IU Health’s central pharmacy operations as an executive administration coordinator. When she learned about IU Health’s pharmacy tech education program for team members, she saw it as an opportunity to grow.

Today she’s a registered pharmacy technician and hopes her story will inspire others to pursue the career‑building resources available at IU Health.
