Nurse spotlight: Audrey Gregory

Audrey Gregory is an outpatient infusion nurse at IU Health Simon Cancer Center. Administering chemotherapy and other medications is only part of her job. "This can be a very scary process for patients, especially first-time patients. I try to sit beside them and just listen. That's a big thing. And a lot of times I'll ask, what can I do to make this process better for you. The unknown can be really scary so just explaining and being patient and listening, those are the biggest things."
