Nurse spotlight- LaKia Dix

LaKia Dix is an inpatient nurse at IU Health Simon Cancer Center. She loves caring for her patients and especially watching them ring the bell that signifies when they're in remission. "Sometimes they come in and they seem pretty healthy, then you see them get sick and then when they get better, to see them go through all that and then see them ring the bell- it's chilling and it's rewarding for me."
