Nurse spotlight: Libby Forcade

Libby Forcade is a seasoned ICU nurse, but is new to IU Health. She moved here about three months ago and is caring for surgical ICU patients at IU Health Simon Cancer Center. "Having a good team dynamic really makes or breaks whether or not an ICU operates well. Everyone has been so warm and welcoming, willing to bring me on, willing to teach me things. It feels more like a family environment rather than just a work environment."
