Patient battling cancer throws out first pitch at Indians game

Joey Sanson is a lot of things. He's a great son, an amazing dog owner, and one stud of a baseball player. That's why he felt right at home walking onto the mound at a recent Indianapolis Indians game to deliver the first pitch. "My mom sat me down on the couch and told me that if I wanted to I could throw out the first pitch at the Indians game and I said heck yea!"
