Retired team member chooses IU Health for shoulder surgery

Vicki Ferrell spent her entire 40+ year career at IU Health. After retirement, when she couldn't get answers about her sore shoulder, she came to the place she knows best. "I came to Dr. Jacob Triplet basically as soon as he got his practice going here [at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital]," said Vicki. "He discovered a torn rotator cuff and so we decided that the reverse total shoulder replacement would be the correct procedure... and here we are a year later and I couldn't be happier."
