Team spotlight: LaDonna Davis

LaDonna Davis is a pharmacy technician and team lead with IU Health's advanced therapies pharmacy. She and her team operate out of the public eye, but they still care deeply about delivering the best possible care to each patient. "Our setting is more like a call center. We talk to patients on the phone so we can still hear their gratitude and we can see the difference we're making in their lives. That's really the best thing about this role."
