Leo Stenz is the first IU Health patient to receive a new Alzheimer's medication called Lecanemab, a first-of-its-kind, FDA approved drug that's shown to significantly slow a patient's cognitive decline. "It gave me some excitement that something is coming around the corner," said Leo, who doctors diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease about two years ago.
