The team behind IU Health's massive mobile lung screening unit

IU Health's mobile lung screening unit is a 40-foot truck with a CT-scanner inside. It exists to make lung cancer screenings accessible to people in rural areas. Joshua Chapman and JD Berry are part of the team that makes this unit go. "It's very impactful work," said Joshua, the team's nurse navigator. "I have the privilege of talking to patients before and after their scan. Those conversations can be long, but they're also very meaningful."
