IU Health Arnett Family Medicine provides care for patients of all ages. Services offered include treatment for medical illnesses in adults such as:

  • Diabetes
  • Hypertension
  • High blood cholesterol

We also offer men’s health screenings and women’s health screenings and prenatal care.

    Services offered include treatment for medical illnesses in adults such as diabetes, hypertension and high blood cholesterol as well as men’s health screenings and women’s health screenings and prenatal care.

    The IU Health Arnett Family Medicine team also offers services including asthma management, well child and same-day sick appointments, sports physicals and treatment of developmental, behavioral and learning disorders.

    Appointments are available Monday-Friday from 7 am to 6 pm.

    COVID-19 Vaccines

    Pfizer COVID-19 vaccines are available. Patients 5 and older are eligible. Appointments are available every Wednesday from 1 - 4pm. To schedule, call 765.448.8100.

    Individuals 17 and under must have a parent/guardian present or have a signed consent form to receive the vaccine prior to their appointment.

    Indiana University Health Arnett is a NCQA (National Committee for Quality Assurance) Patient-Centered Medical Home. This model of primary care combines teamwork and information technology to improve care, improve patients’ experience of care and reduce costs. Medical homes foster ongoing partnerships between patients and their personal clinicians.

    Each patient’s care is overseen by clinician-led care teams that coordinate treatment across the healthcare system. In addition, primary care locations offer early morning, evening and weekend appointment availability to best accommodate patient scheduling needs.

    For patients not able to access their primary care provider, after-hours care is also available through urgent care and walk-in services.
