We are conveniently located in central Indiana, just off Interstate 69 at exit 210. Just head east off the exit onto Southeastern Parkway and take the first right. We are at 13100 East 136th Street, Fishers, IN 46037.

Parking at IU Health Hip and Knee Center is free, with parking lots and entrances conveniently located to help patients and visitors get to their destinations quickly.

The IU Health associates at the Information Desk are happy to help you and answer any questions. They also have wheelchairs if you need to use one.

Insurance Information

We accept most major insurance plans.

Appointments

Please call the office to make an appointment in advance. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call at least 24 hours in advance so we may use that time to see another patient in need of care. We make a sincere effort to adhere to our appointment schedule and appreciate your patience if we are delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.

Fees & Payments

We make every effort to decrease the cost of your medical care. We collect co-pays at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover for your convenience. If we are a participating provider of your insurance company, we will bill them. However, payment is the patient's responsibility. We will help in any way we can to assist you in handling claims.

Prescriptions & Renewals

Please request all prescriptions and authorizations during our regular office hours, when our full records are available.
