From the moment you step into our office, we want to ensure you have a seamless and comfortable experience. When you arrive, you will be greeted by one of our registration staff, who will verify all of your information and let the clinical team know you have arrived for your appointment.
During a typical appointment, our care team will do the following so we can address what matters most to you:

- Review your medical and family history
- Check your vitals
- Provide the necessary medical support
- Help you navigate any specialty care

Please bring any completed paperwork that has been previously sent to you via mail or email in order to expedite your visit.
To ensure that all patients receive adequate time with their provider, it is important that patients arrive on time for their scheduled appointment. If unforeseen circumstances arise and you may be late to your scheduled appointment, please call the office. You may be asked to reschedule your appointment if you arrive 15 minutes or later for your appointment.

Patient parking is available at the front of the building. Enter through the main double sliding doors of the facility. Suite 100 is to the right.
