IU Health Frankfort Rehabilitation Services offer full inpatient and outpatient services. We help patients overcome disability or limitation from injury, overuse, disease, stroke, chronic pain, and/or surgery.

This program may be right for you or a loved one if you are recovering and are facing problems such as:
