Biography
Dr. Heather J. Dukes Rosales, DO, a native of Bloomington, Indiana, she went to medical school at the University of Health Sciences in Kansas City, Missouri. After finishing her medical training in Chicago, she and her husband chose to move to Bloomington.
She is board certified in family medicine with a certificate of added qualification in primary care sports medicine.
She has been in practice for 8 years. Not only does she take care of patients in the office but Is also a team physician for Bloomington High School South, Indiana University Women’s soccer and the US U-17 women’s national soccer team.
She and her husband, Jeff, have two sons, Harry and Paxson. She enjoys exercise and spending time with her family.
