Biography
Jackie Helms, FNP-C, is a dedicated nurse practitioner specializing in cardiology. She began her nursing career in 2012 and received her master's from Chamberlain College of Nursing in 2016. Fascinated by the heart and complex patient cases while working in the cardiovascular intensive care unit, she developed a relationship with hematology physicians, leading her to her current specialty. Helms believes in treating patients the way she would want her own family members treated and views each patient holistically and individually. She has published two papers as a nurse practitioner and is proud to serve the community where her husband grew up. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, reading, playing pickleball and golf and spending time with her husband and son.
