Biography
Sara chose to pursue a career as a nurse practitioner because it allows her to better connect with patients, specifically focusing on patient education. Outside of medicine, she enjoys traveling, boating, hiking and spending time with friends and family.
Sara received both her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in nursing, adult-gerontology nurse practitioner, from Purdue University. She is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and a member of the National Kidney Foundation, American Association of Nurse Practitioners® and American Nurses Association.
